We give advertisement on behalf of organization whenever required.
How we do?
- Understanding the job requisition & requirement of vacant positions through discussion with respective representative, RMGs & hiring manager(s).
- Designing of the Job Description for advertisement
- Screening of profiles based on requisition through responses based on qualification, relevance of experience and other relevant information.
- After screening, short listed candidates are discussed for opportunities.
- During telephonic discussion, we evaluate their soft skills, project details, Real Time experiences to validate the match with requirement.
- Second Level Evaluation / Re-Validation: Based on the telephonic screening of the candidates, we further evaluate them on Technical and HR Aspects with all candidates
- Interview Scheduling: For short listed candidates, we line up interview with the clients / Business Partners as per the available schedules.
- Post joining follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition
